Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Grit Life Fitness ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Membership & Services

Membership at Grit Life Fitness is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

• All membership fees are due as agreed upon enrollment
• Cancellation policies are outlined in your membership agreement
• Class schedules are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, and availability

Health & Safety Waiver

By participating in any fitness program or activity at Grit Life Fitness, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Grit Life Fitness, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, illness, or death.

You represent that you are in good physical health and that you are not aware of any medical condition that would prevent your participation in fitness activities. You are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to treat staff and fellow members with respect. We reserve the right to terminate membership without refund for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others.

• Respectful behavior toward all staff and members is required at all times
• Proper attire must be worn during all activities
• Equipment must be returned to its proper location after use
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grit Life Fitness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grit Life Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
